Sweet & Sour BBQ Meatballs

Do you like barbecue? Do you have a crockpot? Do you have three hours to do other things in your busy life while this delicious recipe simmers away in the crockpot?

If you said yes, you have to try this super easy recipe. The picture doesn’t do it justice, it was so yummy! The hubby has requested it to be added to the dinner menu again soon!

You will need:
Swedish meatballs, frozen (I used half of a huge bag from BJs)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup honey BBQ sauce
1 large jar grape jelly

That’s all you need! Dump it in crockpot, cook on high for 3 hours, and it is ready. You may want to alter the ratio of bbq to honey bbq, depending how sweet or savory you want the meatballs to taste. Great dish for a party, a football game at home, family get together, potluck at church or work, etc. I ate them without rice the first night and then with rice the next night. Half of a bag makes a ton of meatballs, and there are only two of us, so it is a good thing the recipe was fantastic and will make for great leftovers. I adapted this recipe from scouring a lot of different Pinterest pins about “sweet and sour meatballs” and “jelly meatballs.”
