Well as promised on my Facebook page, here is the recipe for Buffalo Chicken Pasta. I made it for dinner on Saturday night and I finished eating the last of the leftovers today. I love cooking for a crowd, but when there are only two of us, this recipe makes for good leftovers, too. I took it for lunch today and my fellow teachers were looking envious of my delicious lunch. 🙂
So I have included the link to the fabulous blog and blogger who created the recipe. It was probably the tastiest meal I’ve ever made, and it felt awesome to make the sauce kind of “homemade,” too. Kris loved it as well!
Adding the scallions and red pepper flakes were the perfect topping on the dish. See the pictures for more details, as well as the process of making the sauce.
Tomorrow night we are having Parent Teacher Conferences at our school, so I won’t be making anything yummy for dinner. I will probably be picking up Subway and then I have a church choir rehearsal after conferences are done! Busy night!
